About Grace
I’m a Physiotherapist with a particular interest in supporting older adults to maintain their mobility, strength and independence. I qualified with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 2020 and have spent the past four years specialising in elderly physiotherapy.
I have experience supporting people with a wide range of conditions, including arthritis, reduced mobility, balance difficulties, frailty and post-surgical rehabilitation. I also provide domiciliary physiotherapy, helping people work towards their goals in the comfort of their own home.
Alongside physiotherapy, I have six years of experience as a massage therapist and two years as a yoga instructor. I enjoy bringing these skills together with exercise and manual therapy to provide personalised, practical care that helps people move with greater confidence and independence.

What happens at a first appointment with you?
We will start with a chat about your current health, your physical condition, and why you reached out. If a family member or caregiver wishes to join us, they are more than welcome.
Together, we will discuss your unique personal goals—whether that is walking to the shops independently, getting up from a chair more easily, or simply feeling safer at home.
To understand exactly how your body is moving, I will carry out a gentle assessment of your:
Mobility and gait (how you move and walk)Balance and coordination
Muscle strength and joint range of movement
This assessment helps us get a clear, accurate insight into what is going on, giving you a better understanding of your condition and a solid baseline to measure your progress.
What is your approach to treatment?
My approach is holistic, tailored around you and your goals.
Depending on your specific needs, your personalised treatment plan may include:
Physiotherapy Exercise Programmes: Targeted exercises to safely build your strength, improve your balance and mobility
Hands-on Therapy: Manual techniques to relieve pain, release muscle tension, ease joint stiffness, and improve your overall movement.
Lifestyle & Environmental Guidance: Practical advice on daily routines and small lifestyle changes to support your physical well-being at home.
Ultimately, my goal is to empower you with the tools, physical strength, and confidence you need to achieve your goals and live as independently as possible.
