I’m a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with experience across both NHS and private practice. I completed my MSc in Physiotherapy in 2021 and have worked across general MSK, hand therapy, rheumatology and chronic pain.

I also have a background in personal training and strength and conditioning, which influences my practical, exercise-led approach to rehabilitation. I enjoy helping people build strength, improve mobility and return to the activities they enjoy, whether that’s everyday movement or high-level sport.

I’m trained in injection therapy, exercise referral, Functional Movement Screening, Functional Range Conditioning and mobility training. My approach is personalised and goal-focused, helping each person understand their condition and feel confident in their recovery.
