About Becca
I am passionate about working holistically with people to improve their quality of life and help them achieve their individual goals. I specialise in pelvic health, with a particular interest in the pelvic floor, bone health and menopause.
I support women through different stages of life, including pregnancy, the postnatal period and perimenopause and menopause. I have experience helping with a wide range of pelvic health concerns, including pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary and bowel incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain and pain with sex.
I also have a special interest in bone health, including osteoporosis and osteopenia, and am currently working towards a PhD researching bone health during perimenopause. I take a compassionate and individualised approach to treatment, considering the whole person, their symptoms, lifestyle and personal preferences.
My aim is to make patients feel listened to, supported and confident in understanding their bodies, while working together to find practical ways to improve their pelvic and overall health.

What happens at a first appointment with you?
I spend time listening to a person’s story and understanding what brings them to me and what they are looking for. Following a physical assessment, we discuss treatment options and what is likely to be most helpful. A plan is worked out and they leave with clear instructions for how to carry it out. Any manual therapies are tried so the person can feed back about its effect. A plan is made for frequency of appointments.

I work in a person-centred way, considering individual needs and preferences while considering the evidence-base.
