About Ailis
I take a holistic approach to osteopathy, looking at how the body’s structures affect movement and function. I have over 20 years of experience as a Registered Osteopath and enjoy helping people of all ages with a wide range of musculoskeletal problems, including back, neck and shoulder pain, joint pain, sports injuries and postural strain.
I believe that every patient is different, so I tailor my treatment to their individual needs and goals. I like to involve my patients in their treatment plan, making sure they understand what I am treating and why, while giving them practical advice and exercises to help support their recovery.
Alongside osteopathy, I have a background in Pilates and sports massage, and I use techniques including joint mobilisation, soft tissue work, clinical Pilates, medical acupuncture and Kinesio Taping where appropriate.
