understand how your body performs when you run. The session includes VALD jump testing to assess lower-limb
power and asymmetries, a physio-led running warm-up, and an informal 5km run suitable for all abilities. Whether
you’re new to running or training regularly, this is a relaxed, informative opportunity to move, learn, and chat with our
physio team about performance, injury prevention, and running well for the long term.
Graham Bruce
Graham is a Senior Physiotherapist at Balanced with extensive experience in sports injury rehabilitation and performance-based care. He has worked across elite and amateur sport, helping athletes return to activity safely and confidently. Graham has a strong interest in running-related injuries and uses a combination of exercise-based rehabilitation, hands-on therapy, and objective performance testing to guide return to running and long-term resilience.
Connor Davison
Connor is a Physiotherapist at Balanced with a keen interest in running biomechanics, load management, and injury prevention. He works with runners of all levels, from beginners to competitive athletes, using a structured, evidence-based approach to assessment and rehabilitation. Connor integrates strength training, movement analysis, and performance testing to help runners improve efficiency, reduce injury risk, and enjoy consistent training.
