Running Workshop

Tuesday 10th March

5.30pm – 7pm

Balanced, 116 Colinton Road, EH14 1BY

£15.00

Join our physiotherapists Graham Bruce and Connor Davison for an interactive running session designed to help you
understand how your body performs when you run. The session includes VALD jump testing to assess lower-limb
power and asymmetries, a physio-led running warm-up, and an informal 5km run suitable for all abilities. Whether
you’re new to running or training regularly, this is a relaxed, informative opportunity to move, learn, and chat with our
physio team about performance, injury prevention, and running well for the long term.
