The Pilates studio is a mixture of matwork and machine based exercises with highly trained instructors who can help you achieve your goals. Traditional Pilate’s equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Ladder Barrel allow us to help support your body and assist movements not possible without this specialised kit. The effect is a long lean toned physique.
Your first appointment is with one of our Chartered Physiotherapists who will check your medical condition to ensure we are giving you the best possible care and attention throughout your Pilates sessions. This Physio will continue to monitor your progress ensuring nothing is missed and that you progress to achieve your goals.
You will start with two 1:1’s to effectively plan your personalised programme and homework plan. You will learn how to properly engage your core and be given tailored exercises according to the physiotherapist’s diagnosis before progressing to 1:2 and 1:4 sessions.
